Memory Exercise No. 1
First exercise is remembering your PIN. It is very good
exercise. In this exercise you can choose your own PIN. It can also works with
any short number which have few digits e.g. security code. First of all pick a
number which is important to you but no one can guess that number. It could be
your date of birth which you can write like this 1982. In this case you can
remember your PIN. Just remember it that create a powerful image which will
link your card with your PIN.
This memory exercise’s strength lies in number and image
which mean to YOU.
Memory Exercise No. 2
Second Exercise is remembering Phone Numbers. If you want to
remember a longer number such as phone numbers, in this memory exercise key
point is to find something memorable to you. Let’s imagine that your doctor has
the 8 digits phone number that you want to remember: 56452438
First step is to break this in to two group of numbers which
will be easier to remember. Four digits for each group is best than the number
given above will break into 5645 2438.
Second step is to replace these numbers with a sentence
which is related to your doctor.
Replace each digit of each number with a word which have
same letters. For example, digit 6 will be replace with 6 letters of word.
Let’s have an example, you can write first part of your
doctor’s phone number as “Teeth Repair Soon Doctor” and second part written as
“No Sore Gum Pleasure”.
These are the 2 memory exercises which you can use to
improve your memory. Your practice will be more enjoyable and your memory will
improve faster if you do fun with this.

to tell you how you will exercise your brain while driving now i am going to share with you a technique for exercise your brain which you can do while
driving car and by sitting on passenger seat. This technique is so easy and
effective.
Whenever you
recall something, you depends on mental picture. Capacity to visualize a mental
picture is very gainful and valuable. It makes so easier to recall all
information, before recall first you have to think, focus and then remember it
to recall all information. All these things include thinking, mental pictures
and mental handling.
You don’t have
to think about mental pictures because everyone has this capability and we can
strong it by doing exercises of brain. You can do this exercise while driving.
Now I am
going to tell you about my technique.
When you
drive, Take a minute to see any hotel or restaurant’s logo or anything written
on board. Focus on any word or two word then turn away then focus on mental
picture of the logo or any word written on board. See it in your mind, see the
color and shape of logo or any word. Now read that word from backward.
This sound
so crazy but it’s a best method to strong your memory and your brain.Try this
technique while you sit on passenger’s seat. By strengthening your mental
picture’s capability you can remember anything while driving or sitting on
passenger’s seat. You can remember numbers, addresses and many more things.
You will
think that how backwards reading of something can strong your brain and memory
but it works try it you will see the results by doing this brain exercise and then tell me…
